    Marketing Essentials – Terms and Conditions

    1. Applicability
    By ordering Marketing Essentials services from IONOS Inc. ("IONOS"), you ("you" or "Customer") agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions for Marketing Essentials Services (the "Agreement") incorporate and are supplemental to IONOS General Terms and Conditions (the "IONOS GT&C"), by which you are also bound, to the extent they are not modified by this Agreement.

    2. User Group
    This service is available to IONOS business customers.

    3. Subject Matter
    The Agreement governs the provision of the Marketing Essentials services (the “Services”), which is an online marketing tool bundle that offers you access to the following IONOS Inc. Services: List Local, SEM-Service, SEO Spotlight and E-Mail Marketing Manager (the “Bundled Services”). Your use of any of the Bundled Services are subject to the IONOS GT&C. Your use of List Local is further subject to the List Local Terms and Conditions. Your use of SEO Spotlight is further subject to the Special Terms and Conditions of the MyWebsite Services. Your use of SEM-Service is further subject to the Terms and Conditions Search Engine Marketing.

    4. Term and Cancellation
    Subject to the terms of the IONOS GT&C, of the term of this Agreement shall be either 1 or 12 months, depending on your contract at sign-up. The contract will be automatically renewed pursuant to the terms of your contract, unless it is canceled at least 30 days before the end of the term either through our online customer center (https://my.ionos.com) or by letter, fax or email. Cancellations by e-mail must be sent from the e-mail address of record in your IONOS customer profile.

    5. Limited Warranties
    In addition to the limitations set forth in the GT&C, you understand that IONOS makes no warranties with respect to your use of the Services or any of the Bundled Services. IONOS is not responsible for possible legal violations in connection with your use of the Services on your website or any contents provided by you in connection with your use of the Services (e.g. entries, newsletters, etc.).
