The new “carefree“ package includes:
- Personal consultation with IONOS expert web designers to help bring customer’s ideas to life
- Ongoing coordination and communication with IONOS to select preferences (i.e. page structure, fonts, colors, photos, etc.)
- Creation of a complete homepage with up to seven sub-pages based on templates available in the Website Builder.
- Graphic creation support (logos, image, etc.)
- Privacy page creation support
- Automatic maintenance service updates including replacement of outdated images, updates to contact data and other continuous support needed to maintain a successful website
- Ongoing maintenance support

As with all IONOS packages, five mailboxes, one domain, one WildCard SSL Starter certificate, WebAnalytics Basic, as well as unlimited webspace (disk space) are included. Additionally, a personal consultant can assist customers with questions regarding their successful online presence free of charge.
