For Linux and Windows Virtual Servers
This article explains how to restore your Virtual Server from a backup.
We perform daily backups of your Virtual Server (VPS). They take place in the host machines of your Virtual Server and are not connected to the disk space. We perform a full backup every week and an incremental backup every day. Through incremental backups, only the data you've changed that day is backed up.
Log in to your Virtuozzo Power Panel.
In the Container Management section, select Maintenance.
Click Backups.
Select the backup you want to restore and click Restore Container.
Click Restore to confirm the server reset in the next step.
You will be taken back to the overview page of the backups, and you will be notified, that your desired backup will be executed shortly. Click Details to follow the backup progress. Please wait until the status changes to Complete.
