Adding an SSH Key
Please use the “Print” function at the bottom of the page to create a PDF.
To log in to one or more servers without a password using public key authentication, you must have a public key saved in the Cloud Panel. You can either generate a new key pair or import an existing public key. If you generate a new key pair in the Cloud Panel, the public key is automatically saved in the Cloud Panel. The private key is downloaded directly to your local computer rather than being saved in the Cloud Panel. Proceed as follows to save a public key in the Cloud Panel:
In the left menu, click Security > SSH Keys.
Click Create.
Enter the desired name.
Choose whether you want to generate a new key pair or import an existing public key.
If you want to generate a new key pair, you can skip the next step.Paste the public key in the box.
Click Add.
The SSH key will be added. You can then assign it to one or more servers during server setup.
