Shared Storage: Downloading the Kerberos Key
For Cloud Servers and Dedicated Servers managed in the Cloud Panel
You need a Kerberos key to connect your server to shared storage. You can download it by following the steps below.
- Log in to your IONOS account.
Click Menu > Server & Cloud in the title bar.
Optional: Select the desired Server & Cloud contract.The Cloud Panel opens.
- In the navigation bar on the left, click Infrastructure > Shared Storage.
- Click on Access.
- Under Kerberos keys, click Download file.
- Save the file.
