Accessing a Server Using the KVM Console

For Cloud Servers
If your server is running but is no longer accessible via SSH or remote desktop connection, you can still log in using the KVM console on the server. The KVM console allows you to remotely maintain the system as if you were sitting in front of it. You can follow the system messages as if you were looking at a "real" screen and interact with them in real time.
For example, it can be booted with other boot options or even with an alternative image in case of startup problems. This makes the KVM console ideal for advanced troubleshooting. To connect to your server through the KVM console, simply follow the steps below.
Prerequisite
You are in the Infrastructure > Servers section of the Cloud Panel.
In the list, click on the desired server.
Click Actions.
Click Start KVM Console. The KVM Console opens in a new tab.
Log on to the server.
