Login for users created in the Partner Portal
Valid for IONOS Channel Partner Program, IONOS Consulting Partner Program, IONOS ISV Partner Program.
As a participant (partner) in certain IONOS partner programs, you have the option of creating additional users in the IONOS Partner Portal. A separate access (login) is available for these users to login to the IONOS Partner Portal. This article tells you where your users need to log in.
Login for specially created IONOS Partner Portal users
On the login page of the IONOS partner portal, you will find the login option for users you have created (user login) on the right-hand side. As a partner, use the partner login option on the left-hand side.

Login data for users is managed exclusively by the owner (partner) or administrator of the IONOS partner account.
