Using Google Workspace with an Email Program

In order to be able to use Google Workspace, the corresponding users and email addresses must be set up in advance. Each user has their own email address, password, first and last name.
You can use Google Workspace online and in any browser. However, it is also possible to use Google Workspace on email programs, such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and others.
