Transferring an IONOS Email Account to Google Workspace

In this article, we'll show you how to transfer your IONOS Mail Basic or Mail Business email account(s) to Google Workspace.
Requirement
- You are designated as the Google Workspace Super Admin.
Performing the Mailbox Migration
- Go to this Google Help article for importing email from IMAP-based webmail providers.
- Follow the specified steps.
- Enter the following IMAP server as the migration source (server URI): imap.ionos.com
- Use the email address and password of the email account to be transferred for the details under Role Account.
After completing the Google Workspace wizard, your email will be transferred. A progress bar will keep you informed about the ongoing progress.
