Use your Customer Profile to tell us what you want to achieve with your IONOS products and what your needs are. This helps us to provide you with the best support by making sure the products meet your needs in future versions. You can change or reset your entries at any time.

  • Under My Account & Logout in the menu bar at the top right, open the Profile Details area.
    Edit Profile Details
  • Update your profile details. To delete your profile details, click the Reset all profile details to "No details" link.
  • Click Save.

You can also view all the details you have provided at any time in the "Data Disclosure" section of your IONOS account.
