Invoices for your IONOS products are sent to the email address used for your IONOS account, provided you have given your consent. This article explains how to store a second email address for sending invoices and payment-related information, e.g. for your accounting department.

Please Note

Emails to the second email address are always a copy of the emails to the primary email address.

Adding a Second Email Address

  • Log in to your IONOS account.
  • Select the People icon  (My Account & Logout) in the top-right corner.
  • Click on the My Customer Data tile.
  • In the Contact field, click the Edit link.
  • Enter the desired second email address and click Save.
