New AI Email Assistant Feature

With the innovative AI Email Assistant feature, you can write, translate and summarize your emails quickly and easily thanks to the support of artificial intelligence. Optimize your workflows, save precious time and improve the efficiency of your email communication. Please note that the AI Email Assistant is a paid add-on plugin and is not included in the standard version of Webmail. To learn how to add it, click here.

Improved user interface

Based on innovative design principles, the user interface was updated to optimize navigation and user-friendliness. In addition, forward and backward navigation in the browser is now supported.

Customized themes and colors

It is now possible to customize the color and theme of the user interface in Webmail. Several predefined themes are available for this purpose. In addition, you can combine different backgrounds and colors or set the dark mode to further customise the user interface.

Review of settings

A search field is now available in the settings menu, allowing you to quickly and easily find the desired settings. In addition, quick settings can be accessed more easily.

Keyboard shortcuts

You can now access various functions using keyboard shortcuts. Addtionally you can configure the keyboard shortcuts by choosing between different profiles or deactivate this function altogether.

Unsending emails

Did you accidentally send an email too early or to the wrong recipient? After clicking the 'Send' button, you can stop sending the email within a short period of time. If the email has already been sent, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

Adding attachments from existing emails

In Webmail you can now reuse attachments by transferring them from an existing email to a new email. To do this, select the email containing the desired attachment and add it to the new email.

Management of shared resources

Now you can efficiently manage shared resources such as meeting rooms and devices, reducing scheduling conflicts and improving productivity.
