    Enable/Disable the Ability to Upgrade to Mail Business

    In this article, we'll show you how to enable or disable the ability for Mail Basic users logged into Webmail to upgrade to Mail Business.

     

    Guided Steps
    • Log in to IONOS.
    • In the My Products section, click on Email & Office and select the appropriate contract if necessary.
    • Under More options at the bottom of the page, click WebMail: Manage permissions.
    • Toggle the Upgrade Option in WebMail switch to either enable or disable the option.

    You've successfully enabled/disabled the option to upgrade to Mail Business. This change will take effect immediately.
