    Removing Participants from a Mailing List

    If a mailing list member wishes to be removed from a mailing list, you can do this conveniently using the unsubscribe function.

    • Log in to IONOS, and on the Select Product page, click the Email & Office tile.
    • Select the contract in which the mailing list is located.
    • Click on the name of your mailing list.
    • On the Details page, click the member entry.
    • On the Manage Members of the Mailing List page, select all members you want to remove, and then click Delete member.
    • The email addresses will be removed from the mailing list immediately. The owner of the email address will then be informed by our system via email about the unsubscription.
