Microsoft® Exchange 2019: Delete email address
To delete a Microsoft Exchange 2019 email address, proceed as follows:
Prerequisite
You have a Microsoft Exchange 2019 account.
- Log in to your IONOS account login.
In the main navigation at the top left, click on Menu and then on Email.
- Optional: If you have multiple email contracts, now select the corresponding contract in which you want to perform the desired action. The following screenshot may differ if you use the List view instead of the Tile view.
Under the Tasks column, click the gear icon in the row of the desired email address and then click Delete.
Confirm the deletion of the email address by clicking Delete again.
Your Microsoft Exchange 2019 email address will be deleted.
